Audit will highlight non fulfilment of agreement terms and market standards. Thus the audit will focus on genuine actual receivables from the builder. This will contribute to reduction in cost of maintenance charges. Project handing over audit is recommended to the owners association before relieving the builder from the obligations of rightful claims of the association.
